Let the Oil Companies Keep Government Subsidies

Let the Oil companies keep their big government subsidies!  But tie the receipt of the subsidies to alternative energy sources ONLY!  If the money is not used to discover and/or fund R&D of known or new alternative energy resources then they don't get the money.  Here in Tennessee we have hills, lots of them, with plenty of wind and a readily available cooperative grid to feed into (which is mandated by law). 
Old Luke up the hill could use some lease money for a power turbine, if a company was willing to put one on his ridgetop.  Most wind turbines will produce enough energy to power from 200 to 600 homes depending on the turbine.  They have a life span of over 20 years and provide opprtunies for training, education, reskilling, and employment.  They are pollution free and only cost approximately 2 million dollars to install.
Oil exploration and drilling operations cost many times that amount and drilling is a dirty environmentally unsafe venture.  Here are just two out of hundreds of links to give you more information on wind power if you haven't already researched this topic.  Don't even let me get started on the dangers of FRACKING!.

SuperPAC's

We need to gather as a United people and let the Supreme court know that just because it has the power to do something does not mean it is ethical to do so.  Super PAC's are politically unethical and place money in the hands of those who can and will do harm to our American way of life. This is evident in the recent attacks on women's health rights issues and big money attacks on individuals in this latest 2012 Primary. Many of these attacks would not have happened if "millions of dollars" had not been used by these political affiliations. These Super PAC's are not required to coordinate their adds with the PAC coordinators.  "Super" political action committees can raise unlimited amounts of money from corporations, labor unions and individuals. As of March 1, 2012 Super Pac's have donated over 78 million to the current campaigns.  The last index reveals that the average income per capita has dropped to $26,364 per year. Just the Super PAC donations equal the wages of over 2800 Americans.  This is just freaking wrong.

A recent Supreme Court case, also known as Citizens United, gave rise to Super PACs, which are rapidly reshaping American politics. This landmark case held that the First Amendment can prohibit the US Government from restricting political expenditures by corporations and unions.
Super PACs can spend that money to support and oppose candidates in U.S. presidential and congressional races — just as long as they don't directly coordinate with the campaigns.

It is now official.  Unlimited funds can be generated by almost any source.  This eliminates the premise that candidates are running on their own merits and beliefs.

Sandra Fluke had her 1st Amendment Rights Violated by Rush Limbaugh

The 1st Amendment pertaining to Freedom of Speech has had exceptions made to this precious freedom over the years... and for good reason.  This is why our forefathers created a document that not only outlined our American way of life but made it flexible for future generations.  The 1st Amendment was amended in 1941 in Chaplinsky v. New Hampshire.
The Court, in a unanimous decision, Justice Frank Murphy advanced a “two-tier theory” of the First Amendment.  Certain “well‐defined and narrowly limited” categories of speech fall outside the bounds of constitutional protection. Thus, “the lewd and obscene, the profane, the libelous,” and (in this case) insulting or “fighting” words neither contributed to the expression of ideas nor possessed any “social value” in the search for truth.
Justice Murphy wrote:
There are certain well-defined and narrowly limited classes of speech, the prevention and punishment of which have never been thought to raise any constitutional problem. These include the lewd and obscene, the profane, the libelous, and the insulting or "fighting" words those which by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace. It has been well observed that such utterances are no essential part of any exposition of ideas, and are of such slight social value as a step to truth that any benefit that may be derived from them is clearly outweighed by the social interest in order and morality.
False light laws are "intended primarily to protect the plaintiff's mental or emotional well-being." If a publication of information is false, then a tort of defamation might have occurred.
It is because of this landmark decision that I have suggested that Sandra Fluke sue Rush Limbaugh for violation of her freedoms under the 1st Amendment.  Wouldn't it be nice to never hear his voice over the airwaves again?  AHHHHHHHHHHHH  Peace and Quiet.

Killing Krill Will Kill our Ocean Marine Life

Krill are small crustaceans that several companies are harvesting at an alarming rate to supply the world with Omega 3 Oil.  Krill are a major food source of many of our aquatic animals.  As much as it is healthy for man it is not a REQUIRED source of Omega 3 Oil.  If we continue down this road we will contribute to the destruction of ocean marine life.  Boycott Omega 3 that comes from Krill harvested sources.

If You Believe Our Climate and Earth are Fine. Think Again.

We have a huge problem.  Honey Bees are a dying species.  How does this effect you?  Think about it.  If Honey Bees die out we will no longer have crops that require cross pollination  supplied by our friends the Honey Bees.  Any Fruit or Vegetable that require pollination will no longer grow and bear fruit.  Within two years we will have a Global problem.  Fruits and Vegetables will have to go Hydroponic or Green House and will severely reduce the amount that can be grown in any one season.  Even if we could grow them in Green Houses year round it will not be enough.  Businesses will fold and prices will soar. More people will go hungry or starve.  America will no longer be America.

Off the Grid by the end of 2014

We need to encourage our government to lead by example and spend in the right direction.  Every Federal Building worldwide needs to be independently powered by Wind or Solar or both by the end of 2014.
We can't wait for the Red Tape to be cut.  An initiative of this level would pay for itself in under two years and would put that future energy savings back into the US treasury every year for uncounted years to come - helping RIGHT NOW to rebuild America.

Illegal Superdollars are Undermining American Economy !

North Koreans are printing fake US Currency, worth about as much as old used snot rag. I'm talking about fake $100 & $50 US greenbacks -- or, as the U.S. Secret Service has dubbed them, "superdollars.  These fake greenbacks can undermine the US economy and cause the US and the World to go into a depression like no one has seen before. This is just another attack on the US attempting to undermine the American way of  life.  We need to go to North Korea and sieze the machines that they use to print these ultra-counterfeits and charge the countries who have sold the machines and supplies with contributing to global economic terrorism and fine them accordingly.  Then we need to start thinking about how our economy is supported and go back, at least in a large measure, to the precious metals standard and "Silver Certificates".  It was done before.  It can be done again, and would stabilize the economy within a few years.

Insider Trading is Already Illegal !!!

We don't need NEW laws for or elected officials.  They are not above the existing laws!  Just enforce the current laws and make our elected officials pay for their indiscretions.  Just because you can doesn't mean you should! and they definately should not be making a profit from Insider Trading. (at least not without offering those illegally gained profits to our US Treasury  to be used for the general good)  after all it was made from taxpayer dollars.  Call a Spade a Spade.  A crook is a crook and it doesn't matter if he wears a suit and tie and has access to the WhiteHouse.  Their weapons of choice are the laws they make and pass for their own benefit.  For the most part, not all, our elected Senators and House Representatives are not there for the people but for their own pocketbook.  They have NEVER suffered a cut in pay or have ever gotten laid off.  They have never had to do without because every one of them have always been wealthy for more than half of their lives and have no clue as to the suffering condition of 20 to 25% of Americans.  They have never voted to turn down a pay increase because every yearly increase for ALL Senators and House Representatives is AUTOMATIC based on cost of living indicators.  The last pay increase took effect during our worst economic crisis since the great depression and not one of them voted to turn it down or even stop gap it. This proves where their ethics lie. Congressional paychecks cost the American people in excess of 75 Million dollars per year not including "aids" or "gophers".  And also remember people that this was all done on a majority Republican congress, not Democrat and it only takes a majority to pass.

Flat Rate Tax is the Only Way to Go

Every single person, citizen or not, making an income in this country should be required to pay taxes at a flat rate.  It doesn't matter how much income you make.  You pay a flat rate income tax on every cent that you make.  Also make it mandatory for all wage payers to take out income tax from your check or payment method.  It doesn't matter if you are a contractor, sub-contractor, or self-employed, and it doesn't matter if it is check, money order, or cash. 

Taxes are due when wages or payment is received.  No more 1099 reporting and leaving the burdon of paying taxes on the wage earner at the end of the year.  Pay your taxes before your wages are received.

15% for all incomes above poverty level, with an unlimited cieling.

All loopholes closed and the IRS restructured or removed as an illegal government service.

The office was considered illegal by the supreme court before it was created as an office "outside" the US Government.  The IRS is actually operating illegally and they believe that they have more power than they really do.  They are nothing other than a glorified Collection Agency and actually have no more power than any other collection agency.  Remember this, read the Tax Code, be informed.  Read up on their history and formation.  The IRS is not what they pretend to be and even Congress does not know what is in the tax code.

We need to strip the tax code, make it stupid simple so everyone can understand it without having to have a lawyer or a CPA explain it when they often don't understand it themselves.

Foreign Companies are Undermining our American Economy

I am an American first and formost.

I have ideas for the recovery of, and the re-establishment of a free and fair America.  I am concerned about its direction as "dictated" by our American Republican party.  I believe that a free thinking America is the key to recovery.  I believe that the "mantle" of religion must be left at the door when running for political office.  A government established religion (Church of England) is exactly the reason that people came to the New World, to worship freely and without threat or restraint.  This country is not just for Christians but for all religious groups. 

I also believe in Capitalism, but I believe that it should be made available for all "Americans", especially people searching to start a small business which supports 77% of all employment.  This is different than Industrialism which at its core supports the elite of society and suppresses the rest into hard labor seen in years past before the great depression and in our coal mines before labor unions were established nationwide. 

I believe in the reorganization of the IRS, and in the positive enforcement of taxes paid by job creators in all cases.  No more 1099 reporting.  No more bobbing and weaving to get out of paying taxes.  I believe in a flat rate tax table for anyone making above poverty level income.

I also believe in limiting the rights of foreign countries and entities.  America is the only country in the world that allows Foreign Countries to by land and infiltrate our economy from the inside out.

Case in point is foreign auto manufacturers.  Every car that they sell helps undermine our economy by sending the profits made from every sale and putting it directly into their own pockets.  Not a dime goes back into our economy except for meager wages and overhead costs.
